Mayaguana

Mayaguana, once home to the Lucayans, is now a serene stop for boaters heading to the eastern Caribbean. The island features unspoiled beaches and great fishing, with a population of around 300 living in small fishing villages like Abraham’s Bay. Unique wildlife, including the Bartsch’s iguana, thrives here. The community relies on fishing and farming, hosting annual events like the All Mayaguana Regatta.
